Julie-Anne has spent the majority of her professional career as a Chartered Accountant and Secretary. As an accountant she’s had Big 4 audit and international forensic experience. Commercially, she’s spent over 5 years within Sydney’s advertising, digital and design industry as Finance Director and Company Secretary before founding Catalyst Plus. Her unique experience ensures a breadth of understanding for commercially growing businesses.

Throughout her career, Julie-Anne has been instrumental in streamlining the Australian corporate structures of Internationally owned enterprises; implementing International Accounting Standards both locally and internationally; and creating compliance structures for Sarbanes-Oxley managed foreign subsidiaries. Her expertise in providing governance and financial control environments are adaptive to her client’s industry, size and capabilities; future business opportunities and longer-term vision.

Julie-Anne has a passion for small to medium sized businesses. Her philosophy is that of an approachable business partner, who invests considerable time in fully understanding her clients’ business – building those foundations and ensuring their vision and growth opportunities derive long term sustainable results.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia (ICAA) and
Chartered Secretaries of Australia (CSA).
